Music Fest NW was a great time! We drove all night, broke into a house and drank Mexican beers, played our set on Saturday night and Ryan and I almost got taken out by a self-proclaimed ultimate fighter with a trashy, loudmouthed girlfriend and turned around and came home.

Music Happens
The music we’re recording just happened–at various odd hours all through the session for the “real” album.
This music happened when we could escape for awhile the intimidations of the virtuosity and perfections demanded by posterity. Relaxed, free and unselfconcious.

This will be our last day in the studio finishing mixes on the next six songs which will complete our record. It’s unknown who will be putting it or when but I have lots of money on Ballerina Angelina at Emerald Downs that it will get released early next year.
